With over 15 years of experience in accounting and financial management, Amy Szymansky serves as the Accounting Director for PrivateFlite Aviation, AS Services, and ASI. She holds an MBA and brings a strategic, detail-oriented approach to overseeing financial operations across multiple entities. Her interest in aviation combines a personal passion for travel with a professional drive to navigate the industry’s complex financial and regulatory environment.

Mary Byerley-Shetty

Accounting Lead

Mary joined ASI/PFA in 2025 as the Accounting Lead. With a MBA and a background in manufacturing, eCommerce, and government sectors, she enjoys using her Finance and Accounting skills to streamline processes and fully leverage technology platforms. As an avid traveler, she appreciates the opportunity to learn about (and take part in some of) the behind-the-scenes work in the Aviation industry.   

Tina Greene

AP Staff Accountant

Tina joined ASI/PFA in 2025 as an AP Staff Accountant, I bring 30 years of accounting with my background in manufacturing. After work I live on a farm and raise cattle.  I’m currently not a traveler, so I’m thrilled for this opportunity to be in the Aviation industry and also take part in some of the behind-the-scenes work. 

Tanya Gasling

Staff Accountant

Tanya Gasling has more than 12 years of work experience in the financial industry and graduated from college with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. Fascinated by the astounding customer experience that the PFA provides to its clients and by the different departments involved in making everything happen Tanya joined Private Flite Aviation, AS Services and ASI as a Staff Accountant. Her passion revolves in always learning something new, solving problems, overcoming challenges, and being a team player.    

Melissa Gaines

Human Resources

A well-rounded background in Human Resources, with extensive experience supporting employees and leaders through full-cycle recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, training, payroll, and HRIS systems.    

Tonya Young

Service Office Manager

Tonya Young is an exceptionally detailed and organized professional with over 14 years in the Travel Industry and over 15 years of Office Management, Human Resources and Payroll experience. Tonya’s prides herself in excellent customer service within the industry.  

Tommy Emery

Director of Safety/Security

Former Army Space Operations Officer and combat veteran, I’m an Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University graduate who traded camo and satellites for runways and airplanes. With a career spanning military service and UPS Airlines, I now serve as Director of Safety, ensuring aviation operations run smoothly and efficiently. I love this field because it fuels my passion for flight while giving me the chance to serve on a team that protects lives and keeps the skies safe. 

Lenny Hildenbrand

Director of Training

I’m excited to start my career with PFA/ASI. It is a dynamic company that offers great service to all our clients. My passion for aviation began during my four year tour in the United States Air Force 

Kenny Seiler

I.T. Support Specialist

Kenny is a recent graduate of Ivy Tech Community College with a strong foundation in IT and a background in maintenance. He brings well-developed troubleshooting skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, making him a valuable asset to the team. Kenny is dedicated to delivering reliable and responsive IT support to his colleagues. Drawn to the aviation industry by its dynamic and technically demanding environment, he thrives on the unique challenges it presents and is excited to contribute to its continued innovation.
